PROPER CLEANSING IS OFTEN OVERLOOKED 

Yet, the most boring step is often the most important one. 

Without proper cleansing: 

• your subsequent efforts and investment in expensive essences or serums, would yield weaker results. 
• applying essences/ serums/ cream on skin that hasn’t been properly cleansed, will often result in acne. 
• It might also result in the weakening of your natural skin barrier. 

THERE ARE 4 KEY FACTORS TO PROPER CLEANSING:

• A Effective but gentle cleanser 
• One that doesn’t strip your skin and leave it squeaky clean. Squeaky clean is not a good place for your skin. Ultra dry and tight skin means excessive sebum production later on, and this causes acne and/or early signs of wrinkles. 

• A cleanser free from harmful, toxic or low-grade chemicals. Some chemicals might give you fast results, but are often the very ingredient that causes skin problems and imbalances. 

• Slow down, be gentle and mindful in your technique.
• Avoid tugging down on your skin. 
• Use small circular and upward motion when washing your face
• Dab dry and not rub it dry

• Temperature of the water
• Hot water isn’t good for skin. It is ultra-drying. 
• Cool water is often the better choice.

GOOD FOR WHICH SKIN TYPE:

Given the gentle and toxin free formula, this cleanser is made with all skin types in mind. 

However, as with all products, no matter how good it is being touted, please do a patch test on yourself, to rule out any incompatibility. 

*Patch test - use the product on a small area of your skin - usually behind your ears, just under your jaws. 

HOW TO USE:

TWICE A DAY - GENERALLY

• Extra cleansing is sometimes necessary if your skin is producing more sebum than usual:
• For ladies, it could happen a few days in a month, due to hormonal changes
• Could happen due to changes in our routine, specific activities or diet. 

AMOUNT TO USE:

Gel texture tends to produce much less foam. In addition, our products are free from SLS (the foam producing chemicals), and hence, some of us might find it awkward to wash our face without bubbles and foams.  

Hence, our recommendation is approximately 4-5 squirts into your palms. (Be more generous if need be):

• Spread it all across your face
• Massage in small circular motion, covering all areas - about 15 secs
• Wet your fingers with water and massage 1 more round. Continue to wet with water along the way 
• Then, rinse off with water. 
• Pat dry
